Richard Stern is a Miami native who grew up right here in your community. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He then returned to South Florida and graduated from the University of Miami School of Law with Honors.

Richard then began working at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office prosecuting thousands of criminal cases. He learned how the Criminal Justice System works, how the police put together their cases and how the State Attorney proceeds against the accused. He now uses that knowledge and experience to defend the people of Miami.

Throughout his career as a criminal attorney, Richard has had the opportunity to present cases to many juries and is not a lawyer who will try to get a quick plea to get rid of a case. He will aggressively challenge the Government's case and try to get the best possible result.

Richard has also worked in Civil practice representing injured individuals against large corporations. He is licensed to practice in the State Courts of Florida as well as in Federal Court in the Southern District of Florida.
