When you are arrested for Driving Under the Influence, you have to act fast to try to keep your driving privileges. If the Intoxilyzer shows you have a Blood Alcohol Level of .08 or higher, your driver's license is suspended for 6 months. If you refuse to blow, your license is suspended for a year.
